The 13th Annual Winkler/IAM/OsgoodePD Conference on Mediation will be held October 1, 2026.
As many of you are aware, the IAM in conjunction with the Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution and Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto hold an annual one-day forum on various mediation topics. This year will be the 13th conference and will be held on Thursday October 1, 2026, in Toronto. It is available both in-person and virtually. This year’s title is Critical Moments in Mediation: Lessons in Judgment, Courage and Craft. IAM members Jon Fidler, Paul Iacono, Jay Rudolph, Todd Archibald, Alicia Kuhn, Afsana Gibson-Chaudry, Larry Banack and Honourary member Warren Winkler are on the planning committee. The program will be chaired by Alicia Kuhn and Jay Rudolph, and program participants include IAM members Bill Marsh, Jennifer Esgard, Paul Iacono, and Angela Reddock-Wright. It is a program worth attending!
