Call for Articles
IAM is planning to produce a quarterly (virtual) newsletter, IAM Perspectives. We need your help! Please send a paragraph or two on any of the following topics for the upcoming September edition to your IAM Perspectives editors: Jan Schau, Michelle Reinglass, and Eric Galton no later than July 30, 2025. (Please do NOT send to entire list serve.)
Here’s what we envision:
- Book / Entertainment Reviews – “not to be missed” mediation-relevant cultural publications
- Community Initiatives – items of interest to IAM Mediators
- Letters to the Ethicist
- Mediation “Moments” – those unbelievable ones we long to tell!
- Upcoming Events – what professional development opportunities are you excited about? Is there a Regional Retreat you want to make sure everyone knows about?
- Honors, Awards, and Recognitions – don’t be modest!
- Want Ads – particular needs
- Travel Plans and Tips
- Recipes & Cocktails – what’s your favorite new discovery from around the world?
- New Members – we will feature our newest members, so if you have been inducted as a DF within the last few years and have not been featured, please send a brief bio and photo introducing yourself.
- And, of course, our esteemed President, Jonathan Lloyd Jones, will have a report in each issue on his own Perspective.
Be creative, and have some fun. Be brief, but informative.
