Steven J. Serratore

Steven Serratore dedicated more than two decades litigating and negotiating employment and business matters. Between 1989 and 1994, Mr. Serratore represented corporate defendants and insurance companies in employment and civil litigation matters in Southern California, last with the international trial firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. In 1994, Mr. Serratore joined Perkovich & Ball LLP in Pasadena at the invitation of a former adversary and trial lawyer with Girardi & Keese where he developed an employment law practice. In 1997, Mr. Serratore formed his own law firm exclusively representing employees and businesses in employment related matters. Two years later Mr. Serratore formed Serratore ? Ames LLP with his former law school friend and colleague Scott Ames. The firm enjoyed ten years of success before Mr. Serratore began mediating full time.
