Mediators’ Colloquium in Rome: La Dolce Vita, Mediation as a Strategic Management Tool for Business is the theme of the 2027 spring conference, with speakers from a wide variety of industries — construction, defense, technology, and aviation — as well as a panel of international Chief Justices. Breakout sessions will offer the chance for more in-depth discussion of the mediation topics presented, and we are bringing back the “Sights & Insights” feature first introduced at the Zurich conference: combining city outings with guided mediation dialogue.
