With all of the tools available to us as mediators—some traditional, some new, and others almost futuristic—it can be difficult to navigate best practices. At this conference, we will take a fresh look at all the options available to us, with a particular focus on the client (whoever that may be -stay tuned for more on that issue!). We hope to challenge the way we look at what we are doing, hear the perspectives of our colleagues from around the world, and add new strategies to our repertoire.

IMPORTANT Hotel Information: The 2024 IAM Spring Conference will take place at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, 411 University St, Seattle, WA 98101. Opened in 1924 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle features breathtaking architecture, innovative culinary experiences, and unparalleled service. The iconic grande dame, which ranks among the best hotels in downtown Seattle, has been restored to full splendor following an award-winning, multimillion-dollar renovation that introduced sophisticated new design elements. Boasting an ideal location, our luxury hotel is near Pike Place Market and Seattle landmarks like the Seattle Art Museum and the Great Wheel on the waterfront. A reservation link will be emailed to you when you register for the conference. Special IAM room rates begin at $315 USD. Plan to arrive on Wednesday, May 29.

The deadline for making your hotel reservation at the special conference rate is May 8, 2024, but we strongly urge you to make your reservation by MARCH 31, as the room block is limited.
