Bio

Before becoming a full-time mediator, Paul was a long-time coverage attorney, including service as Vice Chair of the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. He is currently co-chair of its ADR Subcommittee. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law, as is Van Osselaer Dispute Resolution as a Tier 1 Best Law Firm in its geographic area. Paul is also repeatedly named one of the a so-called Super Lawyers now with a principal practice area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a Past President of its Alumni Association. His mediation training includes AAA Advanced Mediator Training on multi-party cases.In addition to being a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, he has earned the rank of Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, the highest credential of the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
