Dear Mediator and/or IAM Colleague,

We hope that you and your families are healthy and safe during these challenging times. We were all disappointed that we had to cancel our planned Spring Conference in Denver, but are pleased to welcome you to the IAM Spring Virtual Conference.

The theme of the Denver conference was a look to the future. We hope you will join us online via Zoom on May 1^st to take a peek into the future—from an introspective look at how to conduct mediations, to the challenges of disputes in a diverse, yet interdependent world, to the use of technology beyond video conferencing. As with all of our conferences, it is a chance to learn and share with the best our profession has to offer.

We look forward to being with you online in May! And please mark your calendars for our Fall Conference in Montreal on October 15-17, 2020. Thank you.
